PAYMENT DETAILS
All booked sessions will be confirmed and an invoice received prior to the session date. All payments are to be made in advance or on the date of the appointment. Card payment options are also available.
You will receive an invoice from me with the necessary details. intake sessions are paid in cash and could be claimed back from medical aids. if you are registered with a medical aid, I will support you as far as possible to claim from this resource, but ultimately you are responsible for the payment of the service.
PAYMENT METHODS
EFT payments can be made before the date using the bank details on the invoice. Proof of payment is to be sent before the session.
instant EFT Payments can be made on the day of the appointment, using the bank details provided. Alternatively, card payment options are available in the rooms.
All sessions are booked at R650 per hour for children under 12, R630 for adolescents and adults and R750 for couples, families and workshops. My practice is cash-based, all clients are required to settle payment for before the session. I am registered with most medical aids and will assist you where possible to claim back from your medical aid, but ultimately each client is responsible for their account.
